LGBTQIA+ Ministry Pancake Breakfast & Justice Ministries Panel

Volunteers will be offering a churchwide pancake breakfast during coffee hour to celebrate the upcoming LGBTQIA+ ministry programming year! Afterwards, our Peace with Justice ministries is co-hosting a conversation with guests representing the Immigration Law & Justice New York, a ministry of the United Methodist Church, to learn more about our justice ministries beyond the local church.

Can we add these dates to the church calendars and put information online/in the bulletin? I’ve got two versions of the blurb below; the shorter one can go into the bulletin. For room reservations/set-up, can we use the fourth floor? I can provide more set-up details in advance, but tentatively, we will just need a circle of 15 chairs (no tables) in the middle of the room along with water and soda refreshments available for each gathering.
