New Circle for Justice in Palestine – Join the new Kairos for Palestine circle, an organizing group that meets once a month to take local and legislative action against injustices in Gaza and the West Bank. (The United Methodist Church’s 2024 Book of Resolutions expresses clearly our denomination's opposition to “military occupation…the building of illegal settlements, land and water confiscations, the blockade of Gaza, and the detention of children.”) We will use our meetings to educate ourselves and others, advocate in ways to which our church and scripture have called us, and make visible and impactful strides toward justice in Palestine.
