With many mixed emotions of sadness, joy and deepest gratitude, a great season of ministry and leadership is coming to a close with the imminent retirement of the Reverend Dr. Stephen Bauman. As one way of expressing our thankfulness, Steve and Melissa will be honored at our annual benefit, an outreach event they inaugurated nearly thirty years ago. What a tremendous opportunity to secure their legacy and the future of Christ Church with its long history of many outreach ministries. At the same time, this evening will be a grand celebration of Steve's 35 years of leading, teaching, preaching and visioning, a remarkable run of excellence and achievement.
